Tüpraş, the leading industrial corporation of Turkey, received three recognitions from Stevie International Business Awards. Tüpraş was awarded with Gold prize in “Best House Organ for General Audience” category with ‘Rafine’ magazine, Silver prize in “Communications or Public Relations Campaign of the Year – Corporate Responsibility” category with Tüpraş & Arter’s Programme for April 23rd and Bronze prize in “Most Valuable Corporate Response” category with Face-Shield Masks for Healthcare Professionals project.
The winners of US based Stevie International Business Awards, one of the most prestigious business awards of the world, were announced. Three projects of Tüpraş were awarded in Stevie Awards, which has been rewarding the achievements and positive contributions of organizations and professionals throughout the world since 2002.

“Rafine” Magazine, which is being published since 2008, has exclusive contents prepared for all stakeholders, mainly its employees. Published quarterly, the magazine contains news from the worldwide agenda and industrial developments as well as news from Tüpraş. The magazine, the original contents of which can be accessed online through its website, attracts attention with its current news in many areas, ranging from life, culture and arts and to health.
April 23rd Tüpraş & Arter Project
Tüpraş combined the enthusiasm of April 23rd National Sovereignty and Children’s Day with art in an online experience offered in collaboration with Arter. The event, which was configured online due to pandemics, was made available for everyone, mainly the children through YouTube channel of Tüpraş and Arter. Tüpraş is the corporate sponsor of Contemporary Art Museum, Arter, which was founded in 2010 as a subsidiary of the Vehbi Koç Foundation. Tüpraş and Arter created a 20 minutes long video program, which was prepared in a special language for children to train and educate them about all disciplines of arts. Arter’s Learning Program team explained main functional areas of and current exhibitions in Arter’s building in the video for all kids who are interested in arts and share the excitement of production.
Face-Shield Masks for Healthcare Professionals Project
Tüpraş has transformed its social responsibility project, “Our Energy to Future: I Code, I Model, I Produce”, that it has implemented in collaboration with the Ministry of National Education, to a “Solidarity Bridge” during the pandemics. For this purpose, the company has redesigned “Robotic Coding, 3D Modeling and Production Skill Classes”, which it has opened in 30 secondary schools in four provinces, in which the company’s refineries operate, to produce protective face-shield masks to health professionals in the early days of pandemics. Having quickly coordinated with 60 volunteer teachers, Tüpraş produced 10 thousand face-shield masks with 3D printers in robotic coding classes and delivered them to Provincial Health Directorates.
